Supplemental applicable-law notice
The source policy above is retained in full. This supplemental notice explains the current website implementation where applicable law requires more specific information.
The website currently collects the information submitted through contact, proposal, pricing, waitlist, newsletter, and career forms, including project details and optional attachments. It uses the necessary kritko_session session cookie for security, the first-party HttpOnly kritko_consent_id cookie to connect a privacy preference with its consent record, and browser local storage under kritko_cookie_consent to remember the choice in that browser. When a visitor submits a cookie preference, the website records the action, category choices, policy version, page path, and a server timestamp in its consent database. It stores HMAC-hashed IP and user-agent values only when a deployment-specific security key is configured; it does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in that consent record. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are not currently deployed by this website.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant authority. If the CCPA applies, California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of applicable sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. Kritko does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.
Kritko LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. To make a request, contact [email protected] or use the contact page. Kritko may need to verify a request before acting on it.
